Should I take photos in different coloured tops (even ones I don’t think suit me)? How long does it take to find out my season?
When submitting photos for your colour analysis, it helps to vary your tops as much as possible. Even garments in colours you usually avoid can provide valuable information.
Why different colours?
- Multiple colours give the analyst more material to determine which colour palette flatters you most.
- In the form, you indicate which shades you think work for you and which don’t. This helps us interpret each photo correctly.
- Don’t hesitate to include tops you’re unsure about – they often clearly show which tones don’t harmonise with your skin.
How long does the analysis take?
The process begins as soon as we receive your photos and completed form. You’ll typically receive the report and season assessment within 72 hours on average. The completed analysis will arrive by email, with recommendations for your season type, colour types, and personal wardrobe colours.
Tips for the photo session
- Photograph in natural light, preferably by a window.
- Wear neutral makeup or go makeup-free so your skin tone is clearly visible.
- Take photos with your hair both up and down to give a complete picture.
Following these tips will give you a quick and accurate colour consultation that leads to better clothing and styling choices.
