How does the analysis work? What does it involve and what do I need to do?
Getting a colour analysis online is simple and requires just a few preparations at home. Here’s how the process works:
Fill out our analysis form
- Visit the form in our expert portal (accessible after purchase) and answer the questions as thoroughly as you can.
- Upload 2–5 photos taken in natural daylight. Avoid makeup and filters so your skin tone is clearly visible.
- Vary the colours of your tops or hold fabric swatches near your face. This gives us a clearer basis for the assessment.
If you don’t have time to take new photos, we can use existing photos available online, such as on social media. The more photos you can share, the more accurate the analysis will be.
What happens after submitting the form?
Once we receive your information, we carefully review all the photos and details together.
